GiGi was whelped on March 29th, 2003 and hit the ground running. She is by Roper out of VCH ATCh Ch Moonlight's Alpine Lace ATDsd, OTDc, RTDs, DNA-CP. 'Lacey' was the Most Versatile Aussie at the 2002 ASCA Nationals in Bakersfield, CA. She beat approximately 70 other dogs to earn this prestigious award!
Gigi made her nationals debut at the 2004 Paso Robles nationals. She was 24th out of 92 dogs for Most Versatile. She qualified in everything she entered.
In 2005, at the Conyers, GA ASCA Nationals, she was 9th out of 87 dogs in MVA. She missed winning the Open Combined Belt Buckle by just a few points. Gigi won the Open Cattle class and was third in Open Sheep.
In February of 2007, Gigi debuted in the Advanced stock classes. She finished her Advanced sheep and duck titles and earned an Advanced Cattle qualifier. Later in the year, she finished her Advanced Cattle title (to earn her WTCH) on some tough cattle at the New Jersey Nationals.
Gigi is going to continue her Agility career as well as start showing in conformation.
June 28th, 2003 GiGi was Best of Breed Puppy at the Tennessee ASC show in Knoxville!
In July of 2003, Riser was BOSP on saturday and then BOBP on Sunday at the Tennessee ASC show.
Their littermates are doing equally as well! Trek, owned by Erika Maurer has a BOSP to his credit. He earned this in August 2003 at the ASCA conformation show in Carson City, NV.
Foggi, owned by Kenneth Mansir has a BOSP to her credit. She earned this in July 2003 at a conformation show in California.
